In my role, I have effectively benchmarked EHS programs, conducted company-wide needs analyses, and developed strategic plans with executive support. I led a team of business leaders to address change barriers, aligning actions with divisional resources, manufacturing demands, and company performance goals. In my multifaceted role, I have been instrumental in assisting the Operations Manager and Well Site Leader in implementing HSE management systems and procedures, advising on job safety analysis, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. My collaboration with BP's HSE Advisor on various assessments and training drills has been a key component of my work. I have conducted internal HSE audits, formulated safety management plans, and advised on the latest HSE guidelines. My responsibilities also included ensuring the availability and maintenance of safety equipment, adherence to operational safety standards, organizing HSE meetings, and implementing mock drills to enhance safety awareness.

Significant achievements include the successful implementation of an Australian-based HSE Management System in Indian operations and playing a crucial role in securing and successfully completing a British Petroleum project without any incidents. I developed bilingual HSE training packages and implemented various safety systems in India.
